It is finally sweet summer time and I am always looking for ways to “sneak” my veggies and fruits in this salad gets them both! This salad is boyfriend and family approved so it is a winner!
If I am cooking the main course I always try to use simple or easy to make sides, that way I do not become to overwhelmed when cooking. COOKING SHOULD BE FUN! Not stressful so sometimes its worth it to splurge a little on “already washed” or “pre cut” items. This salad was made with the baby spring mix that is already washed, honey crusted almonds, goat cheese, and fresh strawberries!
I don’t use an measuring for this salad just cut up cheese and strawberries to taste and then I used the Brianna’s dressings blush wine vinaigrette and poppyseed — they both go far so start with a very small amount of each!
